Burl you idiot! You lose height, not gain height!! I used to be 5’ 10". A nurse was measuring my height and I said 5’ 10"? She said no, 5’ 9.25". I’m now 5’ 8". My discs between L1 and my sacrum have almost deteriorated away. I guess that’s where the 2" used to be that I lost.
