Trump is like an irregular mole that tips you off that you have cancer. He isn’t making America do the hating. He’s just giving them an excuse to cheer for it at large rallies. .They want to hate anybody who’s outside their white, male, Christian ‘norm,’ and will gladly confuse some terrorists with a major religion to do it, because they are fools with crabbed little hearts, and they’re deathly afraid that they won’t be the top dogs any more—and they think the new majority will treat them like they treated everybody else when they were on top.
The only thing HE’S supporting is trying to goad someone into making a personal attack on him, so he can go running to the mods and try to get them banned.
I returned from Viet Nam with an understanding that there is a difference between “hate”, and finding dispicable people, who act in dispicable ways, dispicable.
I had learned that you gain respect for human life, when you’ve killed a lot of people.
Be it ISIL, Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld, Trump, shooters in Newtown, Colorado Springs, San Bernardino, Aurora, Santa Barbara, Tampa, or dozens of towns and cities across the U.S., or in our massive bombings of innocent people in Afghnistan, Iraq, Syria, Nicaraqua, Panama (we have a long history of such), when respect for human life is abandoned, for religious zealotry, or simple profit making, we have given up what we claim as “simple humanity”.
The taking of life is something that stays in the mind, and soul, forever, if you HAVE a mind or soul. Those so ready and willing to take lives, or merely hate when they are only willing to let others do the killing for them, have relinquished their minds, and have no soul, no matter how much they claim their distorted views of religion, justifies their hatred for others.
