George H.W. Bush visits "Jeb Can Fix It!" with a broken George W. Bush. George H.W. Bush: Cheney and Rummy broke your brother! Jeb: I'm gonna need a new campaign slogan!
A politician “fixing” something has such a connotation of political patronage, you’d wonder why he or his advisors would not be sensitive to the appearance. Maybe he is just out of touch with the common man.
Do we have even ONE presidential hopeful that has not hired a team of image builders, speech writers and Madison Ave-type planners to represent themselves to the public? Does any one of them have a real vision, or a plan to bring back proper regulation to the Wall Street traders, banking, and political contributors? About getting congress to finally act on tax reform to encourage manufacturing companies to relocate to U.S. soil? Except for Bernie Sanders, all we have is a bunch or paid-for lackeys, jockeying to get the job of all jobs, and carry out the instructions of the wealthy elite.Meanwhile G.H.W. Bush puts the finishing touches for his place in history. (Why didn’t you speak up earlier, dad?)
JEB has called on the same staff as his brother, which means the plumber’s friend is the only tool necessary. Well, it’s likely you’ll also need a snake.
I don’t like JEB but I don’t think its his problem to fix his brother. JEB’s problem is to demonstrate why he should be the nominee over the other candidates.
Shrub liked to present himself as a traditional Texan, but he never learned how to ride a horse and a former president of Mexico said he was afraid of them. So a drugstore cowboy, all hat and no cows. And this is Jeb’s model?
Jeb wrote “Rebuilding America’s Defenses” for PNAC – members included Cheney and Rumsfeld. In it, he practically WISHED for a “new Pearl Harbor” to convince the American public that we needed to spend even MORE money on an already bloated military.-Seems to me he is part of the radical forces that Bush 41 is accusing Cheney and Rumsfeld of being.
whether or not Jeb would make a good president is of no issue for me as I am against the idea of dynastic legacies . we’ve had 2 Adams, 2 Roosevelts, and 2 Bushes, we nearly had 2 Kenedys, there should be a limit on how many from the same family should be allowed to hold the white house.
