I think answering the questions would have opened some real discussion. Those who call CNBC part of the “liberal media” obviously know little about those who were involved in the questioning.
Conservatives are convinced that CNBC stands for “Communist Nitwits Belittling Conservatives” because that’s what the right wing “entertainers” tell them. It’s the “Consumer News and Business Channel” & about as pro-free market & capitalism programming as you’re going to find. They were making fun of Clinton’s opposition to the TPP deal just last week. Any cristicism they showed toward the GOP candidates was the voice of Wall Street, not the voice of the political left.
Seems that the “Candidates” either couldn’t or wouldn’t answer the questions! Plus, did any of them say anything about how they would improve America’s future?
I was left knowing that not one questioner knew how to herd cats. Now, the Republicans are bowing out of further debates unless they can control EVERYTHING: questions, time limits, place, network. Got news for these “wannabes”, you have no control over other people or events.
The media worships the media and the money it makes. They run with opinions and cute ideas until they become “facts.” .For example, I saw no reason to say Rubio won points over Bush. He only had the last word.
The comments here only serve to clearly show how wide the chasm has grown. It was very obvious to me, a Conservative, that the questioning was about picking fights and embarrassing, not getting into real discussions of policy. It stands in sharp contrast to the very soft questioning in the Democrat debate. It seems that Liberals/ Democrats really do not see this, that we are living in very different perceptions of reality. Maybe instead of hurling our world views at each other, we need to try to understand and respectfully bridge the wide and growing political gap. If not, I fear it will get very, very ugly within my generation of less.

I guess Republicans didn’t like the idea of a group prayer to Obama before the debates began…

Oh, come on guys, Fox debate was just as stupid. It’s the candidates, not just the questions.

Wow. Watching the Whiney Little Boys who couldn’t answer a single Question trying to Lie their Way to a “Victory” is so amusing.
