As long as they keep their guns and gun culture inside their own borders I don;t care what they do with them.

Firearms where much more easily acquired in the 1950’s and 1960’s, and yet there was little of the “gun violence” like we have now. What has changed since then? Now it’s much harder for a law abiding citizen to purchase a firearm, and yet the “gun violence” continues to increase. I have a theory about that. Taking away the guns will stop the violence with guns, but it will NOT stop the violent attitude that our youth is growing up with.

OK, but how many guns do you need? And how do you define “gun?”

What the general population does not remember is that Hitler took guns away from the Jewish. That made them easy to round up. In the US, criminals will still get guns, illegally. Then it just makes it easier to commit crimes. Taking guns away from law abiding citizens does not solve the problem. Making punishments for crime more harsh is better; stop the easy life behind bars (we pander our criminals). Having “gun free zones” is just inviting disaster; Can you stop a wolf from attacking a flock of sheep by putting up a “no wolf zone” around the flock?
