It’s the pure capitalism way. No limits on acquisitions. No such thing as restraint of trade. The invisible hand that eliminates all competition.

Get rid of all them business stranglin’ regulations that prevent the small business startups.

The biggest problem for micro’s will be Inbev’s control over distribution. Forget the Tea Party protest we need to address the very serious threat to our ability to buy craft beer from brewer’s other than ones in our neighborhood. This will prove a boon to the wallets of elected state government representatives across the country.

A word of WARNING: they’ve been buying up craft brewers too, in an attempt to gain market share; they’re not stupid and know full well that there are plenty of beer drinkers who would never touch Bud, Miller, Milwaukee (or any of their other mainstream brands). So… a word of CAUTION. Make sure you do your homework and verify that your favorite craft beer is still privately owned.

Once you have sufficient Hatred Of Obama, all issues are interconnected through that conduit, and Obama is, of course, wrong about every single one of them.

You know, he should never have invaded Iraq.

What happened to the regulations about Monopolies? This is insane. People should stop buying any brand this company sells for the next two years.

Capitalism’s main goal is one giant corporation to control everything. Reminds me of GUM, the soviet department store famous for long lines, empty shelves, and total monopoly. In fact, the only difference is in the owner – private or state dictatorship.

WabbitDe facto (the law as it is written) in most cases yes. De jure (the law as it is practiced and enforced) on rare occasions and then a wrist-tap civil penalty not to exceed 5% of what the violation gained, and never the criminal penalties the de jure law prescribes..OldCoalThose regulatory agencies were created under the New Deal, carried, with help, by Whip, Leader, and Speaker Sam Rayburn. On quiet nights, I can hear him spinning in his grave a mile from my house.
