Sorry Ben, but having done some recent research, I found out that poultry and pork are not allowed by the FDA to be fed hormones, only beef

But to a twenty-year-old, everything is great. They aren’t remembering a used-to-be. And easy on that salt.

I bet that Liv has replaced the salt with a salt substitute and didn’t tell Ben.

As you get older your taste buds aren’t as sharp as they used to be. Older people do tend to over-salt food because they can’t taste it.

Sure, the 60’s, or whatever decade you think of as the “good old days” is heaven. The air was outdoor air was blue with pollutants, the indoor air was blue with cigarette smoke. The racial situation was a nightmare—— I could fill a pretty good sized book, and the same is true of every other decade. The reason we call them the "good old days’ is explained in a song:

What’s too painful to remember, we simply choose to forget.

Sorry but aside from M.A.S.H., there are a lot better things on TV today than there were “back in the gold old days”. Everyone thinks the years when they grew up were the best years. Just don’t turn into an old luddite. Resist!!
