Once upon a time, on highway in Kentucky, the traffic was down to a crawl.From way back in line, it looked like a flock of large white birds were flying around a small area.When I finally got to the origin of the hold up, I could see a pickup truck, it’s bed full of file cabinets, with the exemption of the rear most, that had broken loose, spilling onto the road, and onto the overpass. I guessed(this was in the 90’s) that someone’s plan to convert to all computers had run into a snag.
