My apologies for going off-topic, but I just noticed a comment by “Steam Vapor” in reply to a comment I made two days ago. I posted this on Lio’s 10/23 page, but am posting again here in case “Steam Vapor” doesn’t return to old postings:-————————————————————————.My comment about the dream was actually meant to be a joke, but your reply is a valid one. .I’ve never rally had the dream… but I do have sleep apnea (20% obstructive, 80% CNS from cerebellar brain injury), and use bi-pap at night..I didn’t realize until I read your reply that I was truly describing a possible symptom of sleep apnea, and I apologize to anyone who may have found my comment insensitive. .However, “Steam Vapar” is right! If you do wake up exhausted after what should have been a full night’s sleep, or if your partner wakes up exhausted because of your snoring, talk to your primary care provider about a sleep study — it may extend your life by years. Or decades.
