Summer is indeed over…no more barefoot Red! The Rover spit-shine on Red’s shoes is a nice touch, though!

Rover looks so proud in the last panel! As well he should be, he did a good job! Now Red, on the other hand, when he gets back home after school, well ……. LOL!
