I would always declare for the last week before school starts: No indoor activities, no shirt and no shoes!

Argh! The only thing in Kidworld worse than rain on the last day of summer vacation is rain on Trick or Treat night.

I had a couple last summer days like that in my life. Then there was the week’s vacation with the crappiest weather you can imagine.
