You ever notice that the ones who whine the loudest about immigration are the descendants of, or immigrants themselves?If anyone has a right to complain it’s the Native Americans!

BTW, North American comprises All of Canada, USA, and Mexico/Central America. I should have said there are no original Western Hemispherians.

Yeah, the English sent all their criminals to Australia. Of course, the Aussies have been known to say they’re glad they got the criminals, and North America got the religious fundies. Criminals can often be rehabilitated.

The difference is, the republicans use the babies as real anchors. Also, Georgia got a fair number of convicts later, but was not founded as a prison colony as some think.

18,000 years ago people from Asia crossed the northern land bridge onto the North American continent. They never left either. They migrated south and east and settled the whole hemisphere. They were the original discoverers of America and were immigrants. Hundreds of thousands of years ago people migrated from the birthplace of humanity, Africa, to the northern regions. They are also immigrants. Unless you were born in Africa you are descendants of immigrants. Study your history, for gods sake.
