I would agree with you. Regardless of what side of the aisle they sit on, they longer they run their mouth, the longer the chance to see their flaws. Our political process needs to be run less by the media.
Having politics centered around money not only gives them a better chance of winning elections, but guarantees special interests will be served by trading bribes campaign contributions and payoffs post career positions for favorable legislation, especially tax subsidies.
