Given 104 days of summer vacation (there’s a reference there), that’s 4,040 steps a day. Heck, I put on that many steps going between bed and bathroom on a typical night.

Ok this kid is now with the nerds group.

My local schools only have 70 days of vacation, so I estimate that at most he could have gotten 6,000 steps per day. It could be much worse, but for his age it’s unhealthily sedentary.
