What was it Dumbledore said about the Mirror of Erised – The happiest man on earth would be able to use the Mirror of Erised like a normal mirror, that is, he would look into it and see himself exactly as he is. I’m glad Arlo knows he’s got it good.

Sometimes as a sleep aid, I play one of my favorite games. There’s a food festival, see, and it’s held in a town or city in the US. The local newspaper reports on the festival. The food, the city, and the newspaper all have to start with the same letter of the alphabet. No fair looking online or elsewhere to see what names you can get. (Of course, you can make up your own rules. ) I was looking up something else in an atlas and ran across a city that started with “x,” but it wasn’t on purpose, so I use it. Over the past fifteen or so years, I’ve amassed quite an impressive stable, but I’m still working on it.For example, my “A’s” are the Apple Festival, which is held in Appleton, WI, and is written up in the Appleton Applauder. That’s not my favorite set (pretty lame name for a newspaper), but it’s the best I can do to preserve the “ap” sound. I suppose I could use the Annaopolis Announcer, and rake my brain for a food starting with the “an” sound, but the “ap” has become an old friend by now
