God says in the Bible that murder (abortion, murder of the most helpless humans) and homosexual activities are SINS.-Thank God that sins can be forgiven by the Lord, and we all need to repent and turn from our sins, and avoid Judgment Day when Jesus enforces God’s Law on all persons that refused to repent of sins.-@Beau Nobo…it isn’t republicans, or even Christians, that sinners need to worry about. It is the Holy God who will demand our accounting of our sins. Jesus is the Savior and the offer is still open at this time. Real turning from sin will give the free to the sinner but extremely costly to the Savior salvation and an eternity of Life in God’s Family; refusing Jesus’ offer to take our guilt and give us His innocence will gain the sinner an eternity with Satan in punishment prison.I already chose my preference and I thank God for His Love and His rescue Plan!

I’ve gone over this before, but you might have missed it. First off, comparing the US and Switzerland is comparing apples to tires. Both nouns, but that is where the likeness ends. .The US has a 15% poverty rate while the Swiss have a 7.7% poverty rate. Most violent crime, including murder, happen in the inner cities where gangs and drugs are prevalent. The Swiss have no such equivalent and slums are almost unheard of..It isn’t one’s attitude towards guns that is the problem. It is primarily socioeconomic struggles that cause the majority of the violence in this country. Why is it none in the gun control crowd address that as part of the solution? .Martens, when was the last time you truly felt part of your government at ANY level? And you claim what I write is nonsense? It makes a hell of a lot more sense than the utter tripe you posted for the differences. You should really take your blinders off once in a while.
History proves you wrong. The UK and Australia had complete gun bans, which would be far more extreme than the permit system you want, yet the murder rates in both countries went up for years. It wasn’t until 2011 that the UK finally got back down to the murder rates they were at pre gun ban. Now, of course, like true liberal ninnys, they are banning knives since banning guns didn’t do the trick..Here it is again. Banning / controlling guns is like treating the symptom of a disease instead of addressing the disease itself. I told you that the problem with violence in this country is socioeconomic. Did you even listen? No. You go back to gun education as though that will somehow magically fix everything. I am all for gun education, but the gang banger in Chicago or LA isn’t committing violent crimes like murder because they lack the skills to handle a gun safely. .And last, but not least, I still invite you to remove the stick from your behind by pretending the gun culture in America is what is causing all the violence.
