As a woman just can’t do it right, can you? If you dare to be overweight you are supposed to just eat less, be disciplined, just stop stuffing your pie hole. If you do that and are disciplined in figuring out just how little you are allowed to eat to maintain your weight with all the hidden calories they stuff into food these days in the name of taste, you are vain and complicated, get eyerolls, mocking questions like “is the salad/kids portion all you are having?” and statements along the lines of “I sure like it when a woman knows how to eat.”. Well guess what, you can’t have it both ways.

See? Math helps! Or you could just eat a balanced diet and get some exercise.

Are the O’s in Cheerios empty calories?

Go over to FoxTrot Classics where another cartoonist is again presenting painfully thin people as characters in a fat joke. There is some seriously wrong with cartoonists (as if we didn’t know that already).

You might as well check out Frazz too. But with up to one-third of US citizens being obese, it really isn’t funny.

However it is nice than even the fashionista like Jeri wants to use math.

I don’t often identify with Jeri, but using her method, I lost 70 lbs. It was easier to stay on a diet, if I didn’t feel totally deprived. (I counted out M&M’s instead of Cheerios.)

Your “diet” is what you eat.

@MEGONOW Actually, it’s the husband’s character in FoxTrot Classics that broke the scale and he’s not “painfully thin”.
