My older daughter prefers music from the ‘80s on up; my younger daughter prefers music from the ’80s back. They’re both CONSTANTLY borrowing my music!

I couldn’t make out panel 5, but I got The Cars, The Clash, Talking Heads, and After the Fire in the others. What was the song I missed?

@catman. You’re right. You can go all the way back to the 30s. The difference is you can understand the words. Entertainers have a bad habit of slurring their words. That’s why I can’t watch Fallon. He mumbles and slurres his words.

My kids both like the Beatles, The Andrews sisters, the Clash, Whoever’s on the radio, my collection of folk music (especially Pete Seeger) and the world music stuff I’ve accumulated, and the classical collection their mother inherited; in other words, they like everything.
