A woman talks to a man with a Confederate flag on his shirt. Meanwhile, a large Gun Lobby flag is waving over the Capitol Dome. Woman: If we are going to heal as a nation... we need to remove that offensive flag from the Capitol! Man: Good luck with that.

Didn’t anybody tell you? The civil war has been over for quite a while and the Confederacy lost. The battle flag deserves a place in a civil war cemetery or memorial but no place else.

I thought the reason for the 2nd amendment was so that if the government ever got so far off the correct track that people would be able to defend the constitution from the government

“Sore loser” seems to be gentically transmitted? The gun lobby’s best friends ARE the radical sore losers, who fly that other flag causing a kurfufull at the moment. (That isn’t just southerners.)

Imagine all the good the government could do with no guns in the hands of private citizens!.Do you think Hitler could have murdered 6 million Jews if they were armed? He would have been literally fighting war on another front. Biggest government program ever!
