Technically we’re not half-way yet. I just (yesterday) determined there are 181 days JAN-JUN and 184 day JUL-DEC. We will be more than half-way after June 2. This is the kind of stuff I’m good at but probably not as adorable as Mr. Odie.
I have a stuffed toy Odie, about 5 inches tall. Bought him MANY years ago at the Selinsgrove Mall. He has to be at least 30 years old because I bought him before I had my kids. He sits, with a few other special stuffed animals, on our bed headboard. And, yeah, I am 60, but those little stuffed animals all have a special remembrance attached to them. Another one is a little stuffed Bunny, that a very dear girlfriend of mine bought for me as a thank you gift. She died from cancer, WAY TOO YOUNG! I think of Norma every time I see that bunny, which is everyday! Geez, I still miss her after all these years!
