Is that a “man” hand in P1? P2 shows her problem…she is dropping her right elbow…it needs to be higher.

I think her problem is either her eyesight or the fungo bat she’s using. Seems to have an eyesight problem in P-1 as she’s holding the phone to her eye and not her ear.

What? Is he lobbing balls to her to hit from 5 feet away, while kneeling with no protection????

in the “drill” they seem to be doing, you are as close to 90 degrees from the batter as you can get and then the batter swings and attempts to hit the ball in the direction she/he is standing. The “Pitcher” is as off to the side as can be

He seems to be protected however by the levitating cue stick in P3

PS She is tired of getting “frozen out”? Why is that Cassie? Because you bailed on your team mates at the biggest game of the year? Lucky she hasnt been given a shaved head and heet creme left in her jock…

Oh wait, wrong equipment mentioned. I will have to think further about this

OK, someone really needs to school the artist on the “upper lip problem.” P1 definitely looks like a Prince ‘stache.

The drill is legit; it’s called the “flip drill’ and it is fairly accurately drawn and explained in the comments. As for the right elbow, that is old school thinking, especially for softball. Hitting correctly involves dragging the hands forward, fairly close to the body, and with a raised back elbow the tendency is to cast the hands out away from the body. Not only is this slower, but there is a significant loss of power. Perhaps Cassie is not a slugger, but prefers good contact and likes to hit it up the middle.

Have you never heard the adage:

It takes one to know one
