My mother got a scooter like that in the 1940s. It’s still in the family, been used by generation after generation. It’s made of iron and wood and the tires are solid rubber so they never go flat. It was my mother’s first, then my brother and I took it over, then my brother’s daughter, and now her girls are playing with it. It’s been repainted once or twice, and I think the tires have been replaced….-Cougar :{)
