It ain’t hardly just in Ferguson, it’s a nationwide problem. Seizure of moneys in possession is now too common at car stops, and in the “west”, “driving while brown” will also suffice if you aren’t “driving while black”, there ARE even places you’ll get nailed “driving while white” , so I guess we are becoming an ’equal opportunity nation"!!
