I ask anyone to explain to me why we need a DHS in the first place. I didn’t like it when Bush introduced it, either. We have the FBI, CIA, NSA, ATF, ICE, FEMA, State Agencies, and, oh yeah, the DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE, but somehow we needed another agency? Hogwash.

Where’s the keyho— ah, never mind.

Please de-fund TSA, and other DHS departments, increase spending in the other DHS (Department of Human Services) departments.

DHS combined agencies under one hat, then added 33 NEW agencies, just to guarantee that nothing in the hat could ever coordinate or work right- except for adding thousands of contract “security” and “intelligence” folks in the “private sector”. It’s the worst “regorganization” in history, and is the maxi-suck monster created by "W"s “brain trust”, of drunk chimpanzees.

While some agencies, like all those new ones, can well disappear, like any agency providing taxpayer funds to sectarian organizations, and a 60% cut in contracting funds.
