Calling the emergency number is free from any phone. Unfortunately, some cities charge a fee if the ambulance or fire trucks come out to your house. I was pretty appalled to hear that there is a fee for fire department services. Sorry your house burned down, that’ll be $200.

All it needs is an OUT OF ORDER sign.

How do you expect to call the cops if you don’t have any change?
