Well, as I said, all I really know is that it was televised. High school teams in my world are not shown on TV but I understand it may be very different in parts of the U.S. than it is here.
As far as I ever knew, no-one ever attended high school football games at my school except some other students and the teachers (and we sat on the grass on the hill beside the field), but movies and such lead me to believe that high schools in the U.S. may have bleachers and lots of people in the community might attend a game sometimes, and maybe they even charge admission. I don’t know about these things.
