good ‘toon, and cdward raises an excellent point. When I was a kid, a friend of the familly was an NFL referee, line judge, whatever, his wife was a horse trainer for my folks’ thoroughbreds, I think the horses deposited as viable a “Newsworthy issue” as footballs passing gas.
