Arlo, what happened to that boat? You always wanted one. How about USING it?

rwillpatbar: When analizing that type of error, go for a word for word translation. I will stick with mine: Juice am Charlie (gravy for juice is acceptable, but juice covers both liquid from fruit and from cooking meat).

About 5 years, on average, for a family to live in each home that they own here in the west.

Arlo brings up a good point. Is is important to keep checking on where you are in life and what the next steps are. People change, communities change, finances change, friends change…move away etc, medical issues take over. Life goes on. Can’t go by old decisions. Heck even movies change. Always faster more intense, dramatic, and longer. But I digress…

Talked about everything – resolved very little. Downsizing is the elephant in the room. Who wants to or can work the yard and house at 70 or 80 without it being an issue? Who wants to leave tons of crap for the kids to sort though? My father was a person who lived sparse, and stayed in his house till 89. I wonder about the acre + and house I have and will I want to work it in 10 years? Or be able to, as for the junk, the wife will have to sort her stuff, my side side is thinned.
