Quite the layering of commentary in this one. You’ve got your Spanish-speaking flag-waver, apparently rolling coal, pointing out the cheap gas prices that have taken place under the Obama administration. (You know, the administration under which Republicans claimed we would never see this kind of reduction in fuel costs.) Of course, small-car driver is still paying a lot less for gas, and thus has extra money to spend on a sweet sound system.
