I’ve always wondered about that miniature pocket in jeans. I keep my cell phone deep in the main pocket albeit having to fish for it after taking winter or work gloves off.
I just got a phablet. It won’t fit anywhere in my jeans. But I love it. Pluggers can have big, huge, ginormous cell phone/tablets. (Of course, I carry a purse)

Just tried this with my flip phone. Tore the pocket. Phone’s old and too big.

Wore jeans when they were called dungarees with a potch wocket and it worked finely waybackwhen. Classa ‘52. I’m still here..
