The cartoon is off — neither Obama nor Pelosi panicked on Ebola (or on John Gruber, who is a side-show for the right only). It’s right-wingers who panicked wrongly on Ebola, and who are currently having a party on a non-story that does not change the fact that Obamacare is not only very successful, but very popular among those who use it.
