A statement taken out of context, even if it was accurate, has gotten jumped on as usual. It’s just interesting that the same guy and language used to back Romney is only wrong if he’s backing the “liberal” version of the same legislation.
Years later, we heard what Nixon actually thought of folks. I’d love to hear some “fly on the wall” observations of conversations between Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rove, and their “buddies”.
