Reading what REALLY happened in Falluja for example ten years ago, with the killing of thousands of civilians, and flattening a whole city, didn’t fail in any way intellectually from the pursuit of limited attacks on “real enemies” who were also in fact, just trying to drive the invaders from THEIR country. Repeat and repeat, and “make friends and influence people”.
The Secret Service head just showed little o up big time. She took responsibility for the security failure at the WH. little o doesn’t seem to understand the concept.
