Wow, the tea party cranks are out early! Holder of course covered up nothing in the IRS and Fast and Furious investigations, because there was nothing to cover up. But the absence of evidence is the best of all possible proof to tin-hat conspiracy theorists. .Holder actually kept to his job longer, and did more good with more honor than any AG I can remember.

I agree, Fast and Furious and the IRS were kept alive by conservatives who could not find any real issues to complain about while trying to repeal the ACA 53 times.

Sounds like the old boozers would like some one with more anonymity like a shrouded Islamic Statesman or a covered Klanner.

“Stood up against the Constitution and his responsibilities.”That’s a real neat sound bite, but you offer absolutely nothing to back it up.

Didn’t prosecute those who found legal run-arounds for torture and violating the Geneva Conventions. Didn’t even indict one Wall Street investment banker for ruining the world’s economy. Did not take the Military Commissions Act to court for its clause removing due process from the constitution. Didn’t take Congress to court for making it impossible to close Gitmo or to even try the prisoners. In this context, Internal Revenue investigations is truly small potatoes. I’m not sorry he’s gone.

People in Missouri voted for a dead man in order to keep Ashcroft out of Congress. So W. made him attorney general. Then we had Alberto “I don’t remember, I don’t recall, I had no knowledge” Gonzalez. We have a long line of worthless AGs. We can hope the next one will reverse the trend.

Stood against voter ID laws, you mean, overwhelmingly supported by Americans of every race. Look it up.

If Holder is obstructing the Fast and Furious investigation, how are we supposed to supply the details on how he’s doing it? That makes no sense.Obama and Holder shut down Fast and Furious AFTER THEY GOT CAUGHT.

“Are you saying it would be OK for my State to issue me an Assault or Automatic Weapon as part of my State’s Militia?”With you, that would not be well requlated.*

“Are you saying it would be OK for my State to issue me an Assault or Automatic Weapon as part of my State’s Militia?”If your state wants to make you a member of its militia, train, and regulate you accordingly, it’s their prerogative.

Thank you for this clear and informative distinction between the Bush- and Obama-era programs, Churchill.
