I much prefer Travis to the heads in jars on FUTURAMA. That gag never works for me. I get too logical. Great show, bad concept.Travis, however, is funny, and fits right in to the SCARY GARY setup.
That’s one of my complaints. How do they have those heads preserved in the future, when we don’t have them now? FUTURAMA is a great show, and much of it brilliant- but for me that’s a weak point. No sir, I don’t like it.

Travis is funnier without trying as hard. The subtle changes of expression to show his moods are great.
