Again I ask, what is Raymond. Did he/it used to be on the green ship.

I think that was mighty brave of Louie to voluntarily listen to that tape.

Raymond was a Henchman for Cecilia who at one time was thea pirate on thr Green Ship.. Captain Crow was in love with her, and in time she joined the crew of the Revenge and Raymond came with her, She was phased out gradually in 2003 or so. Louie was found as a stray puppy on April 24, 1997.

A lazy day for Chip, drawing-wise. The balls are on what, a table? Where are these guys?

It was almost 2pm! In the beginning almost every story line was about getting dates, and being rejected. Chip had a one-track mind then!
