well i thought the 2nd woman was Chelle’s mother, but I could be wrong….. tho this is the longest strip with same story line that i can recall reading of recent time
The second woman (brunette with necklace) is Chelle’s mother.
well i thought so , since last i recall, Chelles mom was sort of a hot older version of Celle – in a smart black dress too
