My maternal grandmother (Granny) was a marvelous cook. Almost none of her recipes ever got written down. We have managed to recreate a few of them, but what a terrible loss.
Tell him, If they don’t have the recipes. Eventually they will have to sell his restaurant. And his daughter will have to go work as a waitress for his competitor, instead of the chef she could be.
