We are so enamored with TV persona’s that we judge once character and intellectual prowess by his or her’s performance - pretty much as an actor.
While I cringed whenever GWB was on the TV, for his command of English was nothing short of abhorrent, he is 1,000 times the man that 0bama is, though his acting, even without a teleprompter is admirable.

GWB’s problems were not limited to his English, and they were a constant thread through his life.
