Here in the San Antonio area, there are people that offer a sign up for $100 in free groceries at various festivals and events. People gladly provide names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc. I don’t know how evil their intentions might be (or not), but those folks who sign up clearly fail the IQ test.
