Michael wme — You just hit on the idiocy of this whole thing (no, not calling you that, calling the thing that.).
Obama deporting more people than Bush or Clinton (or anyone else) is Obama following the law, but the GOP and Tea Party (see Joadtom above) say he’s not. You can’t square that circle.
The only time the GOP mention has any validity is in Obama’s decision not to deport children brought here as minors who have otherwise lived within the law and done well in school. However, the law allows the executive branch to make such decisions, so it’s not breaking the law.
Looked at that way, it makes sense Hispanics blame the GOP and not Obama. Obama uses the law when he can and want to change the law so he won’t be required to deport so many people, but the GOP is blocking that.
The GOP is wrong on the law (Obama is following the law) and wrong on the politics, and that’s why Hispanics blame them and not Obama.
Read the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution – you ‘son of an immigrant’ Maybe we need to all go back where we came from and let the country start again with the ideals of our forefathers.

There’s also a congress in place that needs to get off their dead butts.

Shouldn’t the big guy in front of the immigration goal have Congress written across his shirt?
