I remember from the olden days my mother paying $5.00 for a whole 15 gallons of gasoline. Yes, that is correct $5.00 for 15 gallons, not $15 dollars for 5 gallons. And full service, a uniformed attendant pumped the gas and added fluid to the windshield washer and washed the windows. And this was not in Oregon.
