Caesar: Look at what my uncle sent me. It's the very first issue of "Black Lightning," still in mint condition. In fifty years, I might be able to buy lunch. Huey: Clearly, we as a people need to do a little better with our heirlooms.
Black Lightning just finished its first season. As a White nerd born in the midwest, I can’t say that I can comprehend all the issues the Black characters go through, but the actors were good enough that one can empathize with them. Last episode felt rushed, but for the most part it’s a solid show. Hope it sticks around and drives up the price of that comic. :)

On the bright side, now that Black Lightning has a tv show, the popularity might have increased it’s value enough to upgrade that lunch.
…just checked Ebay, and right now it’s selling for just under $20. Taco Bell and a movie!

I saw Black Lighting on TV once…I prefer Black Panther instead.
