NPR had a taliban expert on this afternoon that went to great lengths to try to differentiate the afghan version from the pakistan version. the only difference i could discern is that if the pakistan taliban take over pakistan, they will have access to nuclear weapons and the means to deliver them. we might want to reconsider our position with regard to pakistan.
