For what it’s worth: 100 mg on vitamin B-1, once a day, keeps skeeters away. Start taking the pill ≈ two weeks before the critters are out and biting. It works for me and Kid Sister, don’t know why, though. I’ve had the beasties land on my arm sniff around then fly off. I could hear the “Ewww!” fading in the distance. :-)My Doc says it works for other of his patients but no guarantees.
I have an electric swatter that looks like a tennis racket. It’s so much fun! You swing it and when you get a hit it sparks and emits a satisfying crackle! Moths and flies are even more spectacular! Revenge is best served with HIGH VOLTAGE!
