I think it’s time for Agent Shuter to call in the “Big Guns”
Chuck Norris & Steven Segal.
Or at the very least Punjap & Asp.
The Blue Circle isn’t a bank. By “Blue Circle Bank”, Shuter means the bank used by the Blue Circle. Some of the higher ups in the Blue Circle are directors or have other key positions in that bank.
Well, if there had been any doubt (?) I’d think Shuter confirms that he connects the Blue Circle to that Bank as one of their important meeting places.
Maeder needs to be careful that he doesn’t paint Shuter in Dick Tracy “colors” - as a “HUNCH” Detective. - It’s a “modus operandi” style that has become all too much a part of that law enforcer.
lorddog, speaking of Steven Segal and Chuck Norris . Since both have NEVER been defeated in hand to hand combat against respective bad guys, a promoter’s dream would be that these two should square off against each other in mortal combat for the all-time super duper championship …..

seems to me the blue circle guys are always at that table. What made this now dead member leave and cross the street. DId they order pizza and make him go pick it up?
“hey blue circle guy number five, we ordered pizza and we decided to send you to get it , but its not the one next door, its the shop across the street”
“but there pizza sucks”
“but we have a coupon so just go. Be sure to cross the street at exactly 12:45 cause they hate it when youre early or late to pick up the pizza, and bring back a reciept (evilly chuckles to himself)”
