    My doctors tell me that my health problems are almost all due to genetics. So, I try to restrict how much I eat, but what I eat had better taste good!We’re going to have a turkey-free thanksgiving. I’m serving ham and roast beef instead.

    I have a terrible suspicion that some lab tech makes those numbers up! My numbers either stay the same each visit- – -or worse yet…they go UP!!!No matter what I do, they NEVER get any lower.
