    chateaubriand is made from the thickest part of the tenderloin while pinot noir is a red wine of Burgundy also in many other parts of the world – see the film sideways that has a wine motif – the pinot noir of santa barbara county. too bad guard duck nearly ruins the meat by ordering it medium well. rare or medium rare is the only way to enjoy a great piece of beef.
