    I remember back before the communications tech leap forward. There was no way to have the tech help located overseas. And without that, no company could afford to have call in Help at all. Today we have it.

    Thank you India, Mexico, and China I will NEVER complain about you !

    In my opinion and experience, companies can afford to have call centers and help lines in the United States. They just choose not to to increase profits and please shareholders.
