@sassy 1: this is about Lila being a rebel on some level while wanting a rich husband who will allow her to do absolutely nothing but parade her affluence in public.. it’s the old all for nothing wish and in the meantime she just parades what she has in public… regardless of whether it’s the office or the bar.
